Meet the Founders

You'll be working with the two people who build it.

Cozy Digital is a two-founder studio. One of us writes the code, ships the sites, and runs the campaigns. The other maps the workflow, configures the systems, and tests them before they touch a customer. There is no third layer.

Two people, not a handoff

The person who scopes your project and the person who builds it are the only two people on the call. Nothing gets lost in translation to an account team.

Analysis before design

We map how your customers and staff actually move through booking, intake, and follow-up before anyone opens a design file.

Tested, then handed over

Integrations get run through their normal and error paths, documented, and fixed where the logic doesn't hold. Then the site is yours.

Quincy

Founder & Lead Developer

Plainfield, Illinoisquincy@cozydigital.org

Quincy started Cozy Digital in 2024 and still writes the code. He designs, builds, and deploys client websites end to end, including hosting, domain setup, and post-launch maintenance, then plans and runs the paid social and search campaigns that point traffic at them.

He also builds the tools the studio runs on: Shadow Leads, an in-house lead-tracking CRM deployed on cloud infrastructure, and the Cozy Client Hub, a client-facing content scheduler and advertising strategy workspace. Alongside the agency he's a Computer Science senior and a student technician on his university's front-line IT support desk.

What Quincy owns

  • Website design, build, and deployment, including hosting, domains, and post-launch maintenance
  • Paid social and search campaigns, including AI-assisted video ad production
  • Shadow Leads CRM, the in-house lead tracking system on cloud infrastructure
  • The Cozy Client Hub content scheduler and ad strategy workspace

Kayson, Founder & Analytics Consultant at Cozy Digital
Analysis & systems

Kayson

Founder & Analytics Consultant

Chicago, Illinois

Kayson is a business applications and data analyst who came to Cozy Digital from healthcare technology. At Sibel Health he supported healthcare applications and connected medical devices, using Python and SQL to investigate missing, duplicate, and anomalous records and running UI, API, functional, and regression testing against expected requirements.

At Cozy Digital he does the part most agencies skip: analyzing how a client's customers and staff actually move through a process, defining the functional requirements, and only then translating them into booking, scheduling, lead-intake, and follow-up configurations. Then he tests the normal and the error paths, documents what the system is supposed to do, and fixes the logic that doesn't hold up.

What Kayson owns

  • Client workflow and user-needs analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping
  • Booking, scheduling, lead-intake, and automated follow-up configuration
  • Integration testing across forms, spreadsheets, email, analytics, and CMS tools
  • Data validation: permissions, error handling, and expected user outcomes
  • Documentation of requirements, test results, defects, and implementation decisions

How we split the work

Two skill sets, one pass through your project.

Most small studios are one generalist doing everything, or a large agency where nobody owns the whole picture. We split it down the middle: analysis and validation on one side, build and growth on the other, with both of us on every project.

  1. 01Kayson

    Understand

Workflow and user-needs analysis, requirements, and process mapping before a single page is designed.

  2. 02Quincy

    Build

Design, development, hosting, domains, and deployment: the site and the systems behind it.

  3. 03Kayson

    Connect

Booking, lead intake, scheduling, and follow-up configured across forms, email, analytics, and CMS tools.

  4. 04Kayson

    Validate

Functional and API testing, data validation, defect documentation, and revised logic where it doesn't hold.

  5. 05Quincy

    Grow

Paid social and search campaigns, AI-assisted video ads, content scheduling, and performance reporting.

  6. 06Quincy

    Support

Post-launch maintenance, hosting, and the in-house CRM and client hub that keep leads from going cold.

Bring us the thing that isn't working.

Send your website or social link and we'll review it the way a first-time customer would, then send back the first three improvements we'd make, whether or not you hire us.
